Hello! I'm Alison Campbell - an actor, voice actor, theatre maker, compere and facilitator, proudly from the West Country. Now living in Bristol, with a base in London.I trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and Bretton Hall/University of Leeds.

I've been making and performing COMEDY with The Natural Theatre Co. for over 10 years coming up with hundreds of characters and hundreds of hours performance time around the world. I also create character based comedy with nice dollop of the absurd for standalone projects, film, cabaret and alt. comedy nights.
I blimmin' love performing THEATRE, have a healthy regard for the bard as well as contemporary text. I'm versatile which is great for multi-roling and have performed in everything from kids hip hop shows to touring a 5* reviewed solo Jane Eyre. I also love working on NEW WRITING, helping to develop text and ideas through R&Ds and scratch performances, frequently working with the Theatre Royal Bath, BOV and Tobacco Factory over the years.
Finally, I love FACILITATION and TEACHING . I have led or assisted on Youth Theatres and workshops for over 10 years, and love developing confidence and community through play and joy. 2022 - 2024 I was part of a team working with Peepolykus and Monash University to co-design and deliver a programme of Empty Space Theatre Making rolled to hundreds of teachers across Saudi Arabia, to bring imaginative theatre-making into girls and boys schools across the kingdom. Provided promotional VO for 'Dirty Business' an important documentary highlighting the damage to our environment and population that the illegal sewage spills from water companies creates.
